Somewhere to sit down. Some of these are on the farm that grew what is on the plate; the rest buy from farms like them.
Organic certification covers how food is grown, not how it is cooked. A café on certified land is not itself certified unless it holds its own certificate. If a café is certified, its certificate number is shown on the farm's page — so if you cannot find a number there, the kitchen is not certified.
