How long we take

This is a small operation, so: a few days for most things. A Privacy Act request has a statutory deadline of twenty working days and will not use all of them — the export is a button, not a research project.

A certificate that has lapsed on a listed farm is treated as urgent, because the platform is publicly vouching for something that is no longer true. Those are dealt with the day they are noticed.

What we cannot do

We cannot take orders, chase deliveries, or resolve a dispute between you and a producer. We are a directory, not a shop and not a broker. If a farm has taken your money and gone quiet, the Disputes Tribunal is the route, and we would still like to know so the listing can be corrected.
